All-Inclusive or Only-apartment rates
For monthly stays La Cerquetta offers the possibility to choose whether or not to include the following items in the price:
- bed-linen and towels
- cleaning service once a week (for longer sojourns only)
- consumption of water, gas, heating and air condition (which can be calculated independently for each apartment); telephone available
Here below are listed the all-inclusive rates (except for telephone calls) and the only-apartment rates which allow the guests to pay the effective consumption put in charge at departure.
